How long does it take to get the materials?
Average turn around time from branding session to delivery is typically 2 weeks. Additional time may be needed for add-ons on intensive edits.
How are the materials delivered?
All materials will be downloaded and sent in high quality PDF format. Additionally, you will be shared on the master copies via Canva and will be given full access to make changes as needed.
What if I need edits?
After the initial branding session, you’ll be sent a mock up of the materials with your branding for approval and will receive one round of edits. Access to the files in Canva is always available to you after the kit is finished and you can make any edits on your own with ease! If there is a need for assistance with an edit, an hourly rate can be assigned for the project.
Can I customize everything?
The coaching starter kit is a set design template in which you have access to select new fonts, color scheme, images and copy. Any additional requests would be considered a customized resource and would be available for an additional fee.
